CANCELLATION POLICY I understand “life” happens and we sometimes need to cancel or reschedule. I ask that you value our time and give us at least 48 hours notice when possible. All cancellations/reschedules under 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service. Then at the 24 hour mark it is 100% of the service fee. All no-call no-shows will be charged 100% automatically. By booking, you authorize this business to charge your card a no show fee of up to 100% of the scheduled value. Thank you for understanding! LATE POLICY At Glisten & Glow Spa, we want every guest to receive the full experience they've reserved. If you anticipate being late, please text or call us as soon as possible. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled if we are unable to complete the service without impacting the appointments of other guests.
